If you’re looking for a quick breakfast, this is the place to go. Don’t worry if you’re a vegan though, because it’s a vegan cafe! The Old Hardware Shop is definitely worth checking out.

YouThai Cafe

YourThai Cafe is a fantastic small business, with surprisingly cheap prices. For authentic Thai cuisine that is cooked using fresh ingredients, there’s no better place in the city. They don’t add any extra additives which ensure you a great taste but with minimal food waste. They are the best Thai restaurant in Liverpool, and that’s not just my opinion it’s ranked that way on Trip Advisor. If you like Thai food, then this is the place for you. Head on down and check it out for yourself.

Lucy in the Sky Coffee Shop

This is a coffee shop right in the heart of exchange street east, Liverpool. It loves its loyal customers and even posts about them on Facebook. They’re super small but have some excellent quality food with a small price range of £3-5. They have vegan and vegetarian options as well. They’re open to anyone and everyone. While they don’t have a website, they do have top quality food. Check out their Facebook page and look at their reviews on there. Trust me; it’s worth the trip just for the atmosphere.

The Edge at Joey Orr’s

The Edge at Joey Orr’s is a part of a long established family run pub. Their chef prepares your food in front of you while you take in a fantastic atmosphere. Everything is homemade, from the chips to the peppercorn sauce. They include all the traditional flavours of a typical British pub, with a few added extras. You don’t need to believe me though check their Trip Advisor reviews. They don’t have a website, but they do a Facebook page, and the reviews on there are as good as the ones on Trip Advisor. This place is, and I would highly recommend it.

Shino’s Coffee Lounge

Shino’s is a local coffee shop that is a bus ride away from the city centre. It has gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. They offer; takeout, reservations, outdoor seating, waitstaff, street parking, free off-street parking, highchairs, is wheelchair accessible and serves alcohol. It’s perfect for anyone who’s looking for an out of the way cafe that’s reasonable in its pricing.
