Moving into university accommodation is a great opportunity to meet new friends for life, you’ll experience it all together from freshers celebrations to the sleepless nights in the library. Bedroom

Having your own space and being able to decorate your bedroom however you want is the best thing about moving out. It is important to make your new space feel like a home away from home to help you settle in faster. When you first move out, there will be things you need that are just household essentials your parents always have in, make your living experience easier with these university essentials:

It’s important not to overpack when prepping your move to university as space is limited, so following this university checklist will ensure that you neither overpack nor more importantly, under-pack. Although the checklist seems endless and can potentially be expensive, if you follow it carefully and remain organised, you can buy little things at a time in the lead up to moving out. 

This will help ensure you don’t buy anything useless, but don’t stress if you forget something, you can always buy what you need once you’re settled in, either on your own or with your new flatmates.
